Crown Holdings recorded over 6% YoY growth in global beverage can shipments in Q3 2026, with double-digit growth in Asia, alongside increases of 6% in North America and 4% in Europe. Quarterly net sales rose approximately 15.9% YoY to $3.711 billion, driven by higher beverage can volumes and the pass-through of increased material costs. Adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 7% YoY to $2.39.
Supported by stronger beverage can demand, Crown expects full-year 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $8.35–8.45 and adjusted free cash flow of at least $950 million. Capacity expansion projects in Brazil, Greece and Spain remain on schedule, while construction has begun on a new beverage can plant in Uttar Pradesh, India, with commercial operations expected in Q1 2028. Continued expansion in beverage packaging capacity could further support demand for aluminum can stock.
